Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

• Creating a commercial dataset
• Building a style, voice, character, music, or image imitation system

Purchasing apparel or accessing narrative content does not grant the right to commercially adapt, reproduce, license, publish, or produce those characters or stories.

Apparel and Product Designs

Artwork, graphics, logos, patterns, phrases, visual arrangements, and other creative elements appearing on POST MODERN SOCIETY® products may be protected intellectual property.

Purchasing a garment or other physical product transfers ownership of that physical item to the purchaser. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, trademark, copyright, design, or other intellectual property appearing on or associated with the item.

Products may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, or sold as unauthorized commercial goods.

Educational Content

Creative Signal Lab lessons, presentations, demonstrations, written materials, videos, project files, templates, exercises, and related educational content may be protected by copyright and contract.

Access to educational content does not grant permission to resell, republish, upload, distribute, sublicense, or present the material as your own.

Separate license terms may apply to particular courses, downloads, classroom materials, or educational programs.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

The website may contain trademarks, technology, media, product information, or other content owned by third parties.

No Implied License

No license or other intellectual-property right is granted by implication, estoppel, website access, product purchase, silence, or failure to object immediately to an unauthorized use.
